Wednesday's Update

Today the Fascia and Guttering guys were there doing what they do best. And i'd have to say that it has made our house look marvellous.

When I went up to take the pictures, I heard 'crash, boom', and the guys were at the house putting the roof safety rails up. I was so excited as this wasn't going to happen 'til Friday.

Tomorrow we have site clean up and the removal of the scaffolding and we will see our beautiful house in full.

17^th- concreting began out the back

3^rd - pool coping, Fence ( pool and one side) and block wall all finished

7^th - the pool began

10^th - sentinal installed Music hub, ducted Vac, phone points alarms Ect
6^th - Oven, dishwasher, cook top, range hood installed
July 2009
25^th - Front received a new coat of applied finish
23^rd - We met with Mr L our new Site supervisor.
17^th - Electrical fit off, shower screens and mirrors installed
14^th - Steps poured
10^th -Internal painting finished, concrete for porch slab formed up
6^th - Internal paining commenced
4^th - Cornice FINALLY started & kitchen bulk heads installed.
1^st -iron work erected.
June 2009
20^th - Tiles started
18^th -The Kitchen installed.
16^th - The fixing chippies started and tilers start
12^th - Real stair case installed
11^th - temporary stair case removed
8^th - Dry wall completed
4^th - Dry wall started
3^rd - Insulation installed
May 2009
21^st - Tilers and guttering finished
19^th - Air con, Sound and visual, ducted vac, and alarm installed
15^th - Electrical started
6^th - Rendering 1/2 painted.
April 2009
29^th - sarking laid for roof tiles
21^st - Fascia and Gutter arrived
17^th - Rendering finished
15^th - Rendering began
4^th - Brick inspection with SS
March 2009
27th March - Kookaburra pools go bust
16th March - Plumbing started
5th March - Scaffolding is erected
2nd March - Brick work continues
February 2009
28^th - We sign the contract for Narellan Pools
27^th - More brick laying
25^th - Brickies begin laying bricks
18^th - BRICKS ARRIVE!
13^th - Safety stairs installed in side
11^th - Goodies for brick laying arrives
10^th - Frame Completed.
9^th - Windows put in.
5^th - Frame started.
1^st - Storm water and surface drainage complete.
January 2009
31^st - Plumbing finished
30^th - Frames Delivered and Plumbing continued.
28^th - Progress payment #1 PAID!
23^rd - Slab Poured.
22^nd -Site prep finished.
20^th - Steal Delivered.
19^th - Waffle Pods delivered.
17^th - Slab formed and plumbing started.
13^th - Site works resume.
1^st - We moved for the second time .
December 2008
20^th - We Met our SS Mark.
13^th - surveyor returns and repegs site.
8^th - Site establishment.
11^th - Site excavation.
November 2008
7^th - Our file handed over to the Construction Planning and Programming department.
5^th - Building agreement SIGNED!
October 2008
4^th - Peg survey done.
September 2008
25^th - DA approved.
12^th -Studio M visit to choose our goodies for the house

18^th - Tender C delivered
17^th - Soil tests taken
6^th - Wendy from head office contacted us.
