We Are STILL Here.

Well here I sit VERY down hearted.

My life is on standby again. NO bites NONE no one wants our house and i'm QUITE QUITE pissed off :-(

Each weekend I put my heart and soul into making the house beautiful in the hope that someone will fall in love with it, just as we have.

I want to start looking at bricks and tiles and carpet. All that CRAZY stuff.

Why why why is it so bloody hard THAT is the question of the day!

And Then There Were Markings ! !

We went and had a look at the block yesterday. Just to make sure it was there LOL, and low and behold as we walked around through the scrub, there were markings of the house footprint. The first real evidence that OUR NEW HOUSE is going to be on this land. Going by the markings there isn't going to be a lot of outside room to move, well, the house is 42 squares... but then again when we built this house that we are in right now, it was the same the back yard looked like nothing.

We also had open house and yesterday we had 8 groups through with a couple that are coming back to day. I JUST WANT IT OVER now :-( I hate the whole open house thing, why couldn't we just have one person come in and fall in love with it, and take it there and then?

I want to do all the fun stuff picking the bricks and colours and all of that stuff but this can't happen until some one takes this place.

Anyhow, until next time...

What's It Going To Be ? ?

Today we are suppose to hear from the builder about how much this is gonna cost. Verrry nervous...

OMG I hate selling houses, it takes forever and John and I are the sort of people that WANT THINGS now! I have to say, places around this area are taking around a month to sell. But I think after our last adventure with trying to sell the place (and we bombed out) I just have this fear that its gonna happen again. Hopefully not...

P.S Go Gecko is crap - NEVER waste your time with them! It's true, you get what you pay for...

Day 1

OK so today is open house number 1

I do have a great feeling about this, I reckon we are gonna get some sort of interest today.

We have had 600+ people view the house on AllHomes.com.au. So there has to be SOMEONE out there that wants our house :-D

Strike two!

Beechwood Homes have yet again knocked us back on a design that we like.

Choices choices choices :-( At least we aren't in a BIG rush to build something.

Today the guy came to take pics of our house so that it can be put on the market :-) and apparently he was quite impressed (of course, he is a real estate agent).

Anyhow, I gotta go and do shopping and then come back and sit down and try again to look for another design.

We bought our land

Yahhhooo we have done it we bought our block of land out in the country. It is 1039 sq metres so it's 1.5 times bigger than what we are on now. So now the fun starts, we are currently waiting on a call back from the builder to let us know if we can have the house we want on the block of land. Now we have to get the house up to scratch to sell it. I just hope that we have better luck this time, will probably have to ask my guiding angels to help!

Here are some pictures of our wonderful view:

Hubby has 2 work mates also moving in to the same street which is gonna be a challenge LOL but they are both great families and we are very lucky to have them to become our neighbours, one has bought across the road, the other at the end of the street.
